This project aims to offer support enabling clients to address their issues.
We will ensure that much-needed support for mental health is available to access locally for those who need it by providing counselling and support services.
Through evaluation work done in schools and consultations with parents and school staff, C4G have a clear understanding of the needs of the whole community and the positive impact our services can have.
Working with other local organisations and charities has also provided a stream of feedback on the needs of the community in relation to mental health support. In particular, responses from local families, who have experienced bereavement due to substance misuse, depression and/or suicide, tell us that there is a real need for this service.
